Server hosting explained
For sites that fit the hosting setup, I can keep the finished website online on my managed server for $75 per year. That includes the hosting setup, HTTPS, domain connection help, Cloudflare delivery/protection where appropriate, and basic uptime monitoring.
You do not have to host with me. If you prefer another suitable host, the finished site can be connected there instead. Your domain should remain in your control.

Full website purchases start with two different design directions so you can compare the look and structure before I finish the site. You choose the direction you prefer or request an appropriate blend of the two.
The $39 Concept Preview is the lower-cost version of that idea: two limited homepage/look-and-feel directions before committing to a full build. If you later purchase a full website, the $39 is credited toward that website price.
Customer backend preview
The customer admin demo shows an owner-friendly backend concept with website status, page views, leads, media controls, business settings, billing, hosting/domain status, and a simple update-request workflow.
These backend, upload, checkout, and payment screens are presentation mockups until the live systems are connected.

Questions before you buy
No. Managed Server Hosting is optional. Your domain stays under your control, and the finished website can be connected to another suitable host if you prefer.
For eligible sites: HTTPS hosting, domain connection and hosting setup, Cloudflare delivery/protection where appropriate, and basic uptime monitoring.
It covers small text/photo updates, basic uptime checks, monthly backup, and priority update requests. Managed hosting is included while the Care Plan remains active.
Yes. The $39 Concept Preview gives you two limited design directions. If you later buy a full website, the $39 is credited toward that website price.
Yes. The Free Consultation is for project questions, package guidance, and reviewing what you already have. It does not include custom design work.
Yes. You can submit logos, photos, screenshots, sketches, PDFs, menus, price sheets, branding documents, mockups, and reference links for consideration.
The current mockup includes pay-in-full and 50% deposit options for full website builds. Final live payment terms will be confirmed before real checkout is activated.
