Yes. The $39 Concept Preview gives you two limited design directions. If you later purchase a full website, the $39 is credited toward that website price.

Yes. The Free Consultation is for project questions, package recommendations, and reviewing what you already have. It does not include custom design work.

Yes. You can submit logos, photos, screenshots, sketches, PDFs, mockups, menus, price sheets, branding documents, and reference links for consideration.

The mockup includes a pay-in-full option and a 50% deposit option for full website builds. Final live payment terms will be confirmed before checkout is activated.

No. Managed Hosting is optional. Your domain should remain under your control, and your finished website can be connected to another suitable host if you prefer.

For eligible sites: HTTPS hosting, hosting setup/domain connection, Cloudflare protection or delivery where appropriate, and basic uptime monitoring.

The $75/month Care Plan covers small text/photo updates, basic uptime checks, monthly backup, and priority update requests. Managed hosting is included while the Care Plan remains active.
